Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, evaluate, and maintain SQL server databases for a reliable infrastructure
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and resource monitoring
• Collaborate with teams to design and implement backup strategies and troubleshoot complex database issues

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server architecture and management
• Expertise in performance tuning, index optimization, and automation of SQL databases
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, including functions, stored procedures, and data modeling
• Experience deploying and managing database solutions in a public cloud, preferably Microsoft Azure
• Strong understanding of networking and storage related to database performance optimization
