Senior Database Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Oracle/Oracle APEX and Microsoft SQL DBA support services
• Plan, implement, and monitor patching services for database solutions
• Support the planning, engineering, installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in a database administration role
• Bachelor's (BS) and/or Master's (MS) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred
• Active Secret Clearance
• Certified, CompTIA Security+; Oracle Certified Associate and/or MS SQL certification is a plus
• Knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language, such as Java, C++, or .NET
