Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Administrator.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the DBA team and Application Development teams to provide database support and optimization
Perform regular DBA duties including monitoring, backups, and user access management
Document the database environment and assist in designing new database-dependent applications

Required Qualifications

10+ years of hands-on Oracle database administration experience in a 24x7 environment
Software development experience with Java, Python, or similar languages
Experience with full database lifecycle management including upgrades and recovery
Experience creating and maintaining an enterprise data dictionary
Understanding of Unix operating systems
