Job Summary
Managing enterprise relational databases in AWS and hybrid environments, the full-time Senior Database Administrator will oversee IBM Db2, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and AWS RDS, while guiding DBA teams and ensuring database performance and reliability in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise database platforms across AWS and hybrid environments
- Troubleshoot complex database incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Lead and mentor DBA team members, coordinating work and reviewing technical approaches
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Extensive hands-on DBA experience in complex enterprise environments
