Senior Database Administrator
Job Summary
To support government clients, the full-time Senior Database Administrator will design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions and pipelines, leveraging AWS and Snowflake in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and document business rules for data solutions
- Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipeline workflows to process structured and unstructured data
- Implement data quality frameworks and operationalize pipelines with monitoring and automated recovery mechanisms
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with ten (10) or more years of experience in a Data System Architect or Engineer role
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake tools, SQL, and Python
- Strong proficiency in DevSecOps, AWS services, and Jenkins
- Knowledge of data modeling, data integration patterns, and modern data architecture
- US citizenship or residency in the US for 3 of the last 5 years, with the ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government client badge
