Senior Database Administrator
Job Summary
To support NAVSUP's AWS GovCloud environment, the full-time salaried Senior Database Administrator will manage the installation, configuration, and administration of the Informatica Data Governance Suite and Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, ensuring data quality, security, and performance in both pre-production and production settings.
Key responsibilities
- Install, configure, and sustain Informatica Enterprise Data Catalog, Axon Data Governance, and Mulesoft Data Quality
- Establish secure connectivity and integrate data management tools with existing data repositories and ETL services
- Develop and execute tests for performance, security, and operational readiness while maintaining technical documentation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related technical field preferred
- Advanced hands-on experience with enterprise data-management platforms, including Informatica and Mulesoft
- Familiarity with relational data warehouses, such as Yellowbrick, Oracle, or Snowflake
- Experience with AWS or AWS GovCloud services and related security controls
- Current DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II baseline certification required at the start of performance
