Senior Database Architect

Job Summary

Responsible for implementing and maintaining complex databases, the full-time Senior Database Architect will analyze design and development, mentor team members, and ensure database performance and security in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and maintain complex databases while analyzing design and development for data solutions
• Monitor database performance, scalability, and security, making necessary updates and integrations
• Mentor team members on technical competencies and lead database administration efforts

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in system design, solution engineering, or software development
• 3+ years of experience with complex build systems
• Experience leading and mentoring DBAs on Oracle-based systems
• Familiarity with Database Schema as Code tools and designing large enterprise solutions
• Ability to pass a US Government Public Trust Security Clearance
