Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Developer (MS SQL Server).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex SQL queries and stored procedures for customer service reporting

• Analyze and optimize existing database queries to enhance performance and support key customer service metrics

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Proven experience as an MS SQL Server Developer with expertise in complex reporting queries
• In-depth knowledge of database design principles and customer service data structures
• Experience with performance tuning techniques for customer service data
• Familiarity with ETL processes and tools for customer service reporting
