Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Database Engineer to manage and maintain database environments, ensuring data is structured, secure, and available.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, install, configure, and maintain cloud-based database environments
• Monitor database performance and proactively address performance issues
• Ensure database security, including access control and data encryption

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the database field
• Strong proficiency in database management and recent database platform versions
• Experience with database replication, high availability, and disaster recovery
• Experience with AWS environment, especially RDS platforms
• Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL statements
