Senior Database Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and administering databases for IVR applications and analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and administer databases supporting IVR and call center applications
• Integrate databases with application and cloud components while ensuring data availability and performance
• Collaborate with various teams and provide backup support to the Data Analytics team as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or Database Engineer
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Aurora DB, and Redshift
• Experience with NoSQL and RDBMS technologies, as well as cloud-based database development
• Experience integrating databases with application and service layers
• Knowledge of Java, Python, or Go, and shell scripting experience
