Senior Database Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing data infrastructure, the remote contract Senior Database Engineer will write T-SQL code, develop ETLs, and create data models while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure product specifications are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Write and review T-SQL code, identifying best practices and optimizations
• Develop ETLs using SSIS and other ETL tools, ensuring efficient data operations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and drive product development

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with SQL Server, including OLTP and data warehousing
• Expert-level experience in data modeling, performance tuning, and data management
• 5+ years of experience developing ETLs using SSIS or other ETL tools
• 5+ years of experience in creating and maintaining data models
• 3+ years of experience working with cloud-based solutions
