Senior Database Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Database Reliability Engineer (Oracle & Automation Focus).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, optimize, and ensure the stability of Oracle and cloud-native database ecosystems
• Design, implement, and scale database engines in collaboration with Systems Engineers and Architects
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance high availability and disaster recovery processes

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in database engineering with a focus on Oracle (19c or later)
• 3+ years of experience managing Oracle databases on AWS (RDS Custom or EC2)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or advanced scripting with Python
• Advanced experience with Oracle GoldenGate for data integration and migration
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
