Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Senior Database and Application Support Concierge.

Key Responsibilities

Triage IT-related requests and ensure timely resolution for the assigned business unit
Provide expert support for SQL databases, data pipelines, and ASP.NET web applications
Collaborate with Senior Leadership to provide technical insights and updates

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business intelligence or information management
5+ years of experience with SQL Server, including SSMS, SSIS, and SSRS
5+ years of experience with VB, VB.NET, and VBA
5+ years of experience in mortgage servicing, lending, or capital markets
3+ years of experience with enterprise data modeling
