Senior Database Test Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Database Test Engineer - Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for database objects including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views
• Perform ETL pipeline testing and validate data across source, staging, and target systems
• Identify and report data discrepancies and defects, and collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex joins and aggregations
• Experience in ETL testing and data validation across multiple systems
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and relational databases such as Maria DB or MySQL
• Hands-on experience testing stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views
• Experience in assessing and optimizing database performance
