Senior Databricks Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Databricks Data Engineer to design, build, and operate a Data & AI platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in Databricks engineering, optimizing end-to-end data pipelines and operationalizing workflows
• Lead the design of data ingestion frameworks and ensure data quality, observability, and governance across the platform
• Mentor engineers, maintain documentation, and take ownership of complex data engineering deliverables and production issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks, Delta Lake, and Apache Spark in enterprise environments
• Senior-level experience in designing and optimizing production-grade data engineering solutions
• Deep understanding of ELT pipeline development and Medallion Architecture
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or Scala for data transformations
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms into centralized data platforms
