Senior DataOps Engineer

Job Summary

Senior DataOps Engineer, responsible for managing data analytics infrastructure in a full-time remote role, focusing on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, cloud-based data processing environments, and data pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, maintain, and run CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for the platform and associated services
• Provision and operate cloud-based Spark clusters and distributed data processing environments
• Monitor systems and pipelines, respond to incidents, and manage cloud infrastructure costs

Required Qualifications:

• 6+ years in a DevOps, DataOps, or data platform engineering role
• Hands-on experience with Apache Spark and at least one managed Spark platform
• Proficiency in Python and solid knowledge of Java or Scala
• Experience with pipeline orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
• Strong CI/CD experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
