Senior Dayforce Consultant

Job Summary

To support the optimization of HR processes, the remote contract Senior Dayforce Consultant will assess and enhance Dayforce functionalities, focusing on workflow automation and process enablement over a 3 to 6 month engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Review and document current HR and workforce processes to identify optimization opportunities
• Design and recommend optimized workflows using Dayforce functionality, including automation of approval processes
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders and enhance reporting and data visibility

Required qualifications

• Strong functional expertise in Dayforce beyond core HR
• Deep experience with Workforce Management (WFM) and optimizing workflows within Dayforce
• Hands-on experience integrating Dayforce with other systems such as ATS and performance management systems
• Ability to act as a consultant and facilitator in stakeholder discussions
• Experience rolling out new Dayforce modules in regulated or complex environments
