Senior Dayforce HRIS Analyst
Job Summary
To support a large-scale HR technology transformation, the remote Senior Dayforce HRIS Analyst will optimize the Dayforce Core HCM platform, build reports and workflows, and troubleshoot system issues on a 3-month contract basis with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities
- Support and optimize the Dayforce Core HCM platform
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and forms
- Collaborate with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions
Required qualifications
- Strong experience supporting Dayforce Core HCM & HRIS or Dayforce administration
- Experience with Dayforce implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining reports, dashboards, workflows, and forms within Dayforce
- Experience with system integrations, data interfaces, and third-party vendor connections
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and recommend solutions
