Job Summary
As a strategic partner to the Sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Deal Desk Analyst will support complex enterprise transactions from quote to close, collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure deals and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments accurately within SLA
- Drive deals through the approval matrix, ensuring timely status updates and approvals
- Advise the Sales team on pricing and deal structure, providing recommendations and best practices
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in deal desk, deal strategy, or pricing within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience structuring complex, non-standard deals, with a focus on consumption-based models
- Proficiency in CPQ tools such as Salesforce CPQ or DealHub
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including knowledge of margin and revenue recognition
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort with high transaction volumes
