Senior Deal Desk Analyst
Job Summary
Owning the deal path from start to finish, the full-time remote Senior Deal Desk Analyst will manage the quote-to-cash process, streamline invoicing and order forms, and handle complex deals while partnering with sales and customer success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Review and approve standard order forms, discounts, and payment terms to facilitate deal closures
- Lead complex new deals and renewals, ensuring clean booking and invoicing
- Collaborate with Customer Success to empower them to manage common billing tasks independently
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years in deal desk, revenue operations, or similar roles with end-to-end quote-to-cash ownership
- Working fluency in Stripe, including invoicing and subscription management
- Hands-on experience with a CPQ tool and CRM, such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets for modeling deal terms
- SaaS subscription billing experience, particularly with multi-year or nonprofit customers
