Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to lead the Deal Desk Team and optimize the quote to cash process.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive discount/margin reviews, approvals, deal structuring, and pricing quote troubleshooting
• Own process and policy documentation while advising on best practices in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive deal execution and create optimal deal structures

Required Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in deal desk, pricing, or contract management in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proficient or advanced skills in Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance
• Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and drive cross-functional results
