• Support daily Deal Desk operations focused on the Public Sector and South-East teams
• Translate customer feedback into actionable plans and communicate deal status to leadership
• Manage pricing, quotes in Salesforce, and collaborate with various departments on process improvements

• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Sales/Business Operations
• Proficient in Salesforce and comfortable with Google and Microsoft Office products
