Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to optimize deal approval processes and support sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic adviser to Sales on complex deal-related matters and provide guidance on deal structuring
• Review Order Forms for accuracy and compliance, and manage the approval process for sales orders
• Analyze transaction trends and present insights to leadership for pricing strategy and deal governance

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in sales, finance, or operations, with at least 3 years in a Deal Desk or similar role
• Proven track record in managing complex software deals through the full order lifecycle
• Expert-level understanding of quote-to-cash processes and contract lifecycle
• Proficiency with Salesforce and CLM/CPQ tools
• Experience mentoring or leading teammates is a plus
