Job Summary
To evolve and mature the Deal Desk function, the full-time Senior Deal Desk Analyst will manage day-to-day deal execution, provide strategic guidance on complex deals, and drive process optimization while working remotely on a fixed-term contract.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute daily Deal Desk support, including deal reviews, pricing requests, and contract structuring
- Lead complex deals and provide strategic guidance on pricing and licensing models
- Partner with Sales and Customer Success to structure competitive and compliant deals, ensuring efficient deal execution
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong expertise in SaaS pricing models, discounting, and contract structuring
- Experience in building and optimizing scalable processes and workflows
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
