Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Senior Deal Desk Analyst will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales teams, manage high-value deal negotiations, and ensure compliance with policies while leveraging AI tools to enhance deal processes.
Key responsibilities
- Advise Growth, Enterprise, and Strategic Sales teams on complex deal construction and negotiation
- Manage a book of business, supporting and tracking high-value deal negotiations with Sales leaders
- Review deals for accuracy and compliance, providing feedback and ensuring proper documentation
Required qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in the Software/SaaS industry, particularly in Deal Desk, Finance, or Revenue Operations
- Ability to comprehend and draft contractual business terms and conditions
- Experience managing high deal volume and tight deadlines, especially during quarter-end
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
- Demonstrated curiosity or hands-on experience with AI tools related to deal processes
