Senior Deal Desk Analyst

Job Summary

To support a growing AI-powered platform, the full-time Senior Deal Desk Analyst will manage deal workflows, review pricing and contract terms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage deal workflows across new business, renewals, and expansions, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Review pricing, discounting, and contract terms for alignment with commercial policies and financial objectives
• Identify inefficiencies in the quote-to-cash lifecycle and develop scalable processes for operational consistency

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in deal desk, sales operations, or related functions in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
• Proven ability to transform manual processes into scalable automated workflows
• Hands-on experience with CPQ tools and CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
• Strong financial acumen, including deal modeling and revenue recognition principles
• Understanding of SaaS revenue retention concepts, including renewal forecasting and commercial drivers
