Job Summary
As a strategic partner to the Sales organization, the full-time remote Senior Deal Desk Analyst will support complex enterprise transactions from quote to close, collaborating with cross-functional teams to structure deals, navigate challenges, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Create and manage quotes, order forms, and amendments in CPQ, including complex deals
- Drive deals through the approval matrix, ensuring timely processing and low cycle times
- Advise the Sales team on pricing, packaging, and best practices for deal structuring
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in deal desk, deal strategy, or pricing within B2B SaaS
- Hands-on experience structuring complex, non-standard deals, with a preference for consumption-based structures
- Proficiency in CPQ tools (Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, DealHub, or similar)
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to analyze margin and revenue recognition
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle high transaction volumes
