Senior Deal Desk Analyst
Job Summary
Collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Finance, the remote Senior Deal Desk Analyst will provide tactical support for deal structures, pricing, and approval processes while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and enhancing the sales cycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison to accelerate the review and approval of complex orders
- Consult with the sales team on deal structuring and revenue recognition to maximize booking value
- Manage internal escalations for policy exceptions and assist in cross-functional initiatives to improve the quote-to-cash process
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or similar roles
- Understanding of enterprise SaaS businesses and experience with complex deals
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
- Basic understanding of revenue recognition rules and booking terms
- BA degree in Operations, Finance, Accounting, or Data/Analytics preferred
