Job Summary
Serving as a key business partner for the enterprise sales organization, the remote Senior Deal Desk Manager will oversee the entire deal lifecycle, managing complex deal structuring, pricing methodologies, and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate revenue and uphold global commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a commercial advisor for enterprise sales, managing complex deal structuring and pricing compliance
- Facilitate cross-departmental evaluations for high-priority strategic opportunities involving Legal, Finance, and Executive teams
- Develop and refine pricing models and discount policies to balance market competitiveness with corporate margin goals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Finance within enterprise B2B technology companies
- Deep expertise in enterprise pricing strategy and complex contract structures
- Proven track record of operating in a global capacity, supporting sales teams across multiple regions
- Strong command of CPQ platforms and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent business experience preferred
