Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Deal Management Specialist to manage the deal lifecycle and ensure compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales teams to structure and analyze complex deals for compliance and profitability
• Review and negotiate customer contracts, working with Legal to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
• Process incoming orders and manage cross-functional collaboration to enhance deal-related communication

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in deal desk, order management, or related roles in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, contract terms, and revenue recognition principles
• Proficiency in analyzing complex deals and financial metrics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Undergraduate degree in a related field is a plus
