Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deal Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate various customer and partner agreements, including SaaS terms and software licenses
• Identify key risks and coordinate with subject matter experts to provide responses to client drafts
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior sales and business leaders, supporting informed decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Deep practical experience in contract management within the IT or business services market
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Software, Cloud, and Professional Services Industry with a postgraduate degree
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the Software, Cloud, and Professional Services Industry with a bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Software, Cloud, and Professional Services Industry without a bachelor's degree
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
