Senior Deal Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the execution of complex commercial transactions across the NEMEA and SEMEA regions, the full-time remote Senior Deal Operations Analyst will ensure operational accuracy and efficiency in the Quote-to-Cash process while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end execution of complex commercial transactions and review sales opportunities for operational readiness
- Validate product configurations, pricing, and commercial terms while managing approval workflows for timely order processing
- Troubleshoot Salesforce CPQ issues and collaborate with teams to implement process improvements and support operational activities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations
- Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes and experience with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce CPQ
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales and Finance
- Experience supporting complex SaaS commercial transactions in a fast-paced environment
- A continuous improvement mindset with a track record of streamlining processes and reducing manual effort
