Senior Deal Operations Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deal Operations Specialist, preferably located on the East and Central Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the Deal Operations team, ensuring operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Provide accurate quoting support and maintain data integrity within CRM and quoting systems
• Collaborate with Sales and Legal on deal structuring, pricing approvals, and contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Deal Desk & Revenue Operations
• Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models and revenue recognition principles
• Experience with cloud marketplace transactions (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred
• Proficiency in Salesforce and CPQ systems
• Commercial judgment and contract acumen with the ability to assess risk for non-standard deal terms
