Senior Decision Science Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Decision Science Analyst to revolutionize car insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and integration of predictive modeling projects in collaboration with the Data Science team
• Craft rate filing support for new machine learning models and recommend pricing and underwriting actions
• Develop rates and pricing strategy for product expansions and assist in designing internal pricing software

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of statistical modeling experience
• Advanced experience with predictive models using machine learning approaches such as GLM and decision trees
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in data science programming languages such as R or Python and SQL
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a major plus
