Senior Decision Support Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Fractional CFO and Healthcare Advisory teams, the part-time Senior Decision Support Analyst will analyze financial and operational performance, develop forecasts and business plans, and deliver actionable insights in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Extract, validate, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to support business decision-making
- Develop financial models, forecasting tools, and prepare business plans for growth initiatives
- Design and automate dashboards and reporting solutions to provide stakeholders with actionable insights
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or related field
- Experience developing dashboards and financial models
- Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and performance measurement
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and business intelligence/reporting tools
