Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deep Learning Compiler Engineer - XLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compiler optimization algorithms for deep learning workloads
• Collaborate with framework and hardware architecture teams to enhance deep learning software performance
• Design and implement optimization techniques, performance tuning, and code-generation for NVIDIA GPU backends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in performance analysis and compiler optimizations
• Strong C/C++ programming and software design skills
• Solid understanding of CPU, GPU architecture, and high-performance computing
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and technologies such as XLA, MLIR, and LLVM is a plus
