Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Deep Learning Compiler Engineer - XLA.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop compiler optimization algorithms for deep learning workloads
• Collaborate with teams to design graph partitioning and tensor sharding techniques
• Performance tuning and code-generation for NVIDIA GPU backends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in performance analysis and compiler optimizations
• Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills
• Strong foundation in CPU and GPU architecture
• Experience with deep learning frameworks and technologies such as XLA, MLIR, or LLVM is a plus
