Senior Deep Learning Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Senior Deep Learning Compiler Engineer to develop compiler optimization algorithms for deep learning workloads, optimizing performance for the JAX framework and OpenXLA compiler on NVIDIA GPUs while collaborating with deep learning framework and hardware architecture teams.

Key responsibilities

• Craft and implement compiler optimization techniques for deep learning network graphs
• Design graph partitioning and tensor sharding techniques for distributed training and inference
• Conduct performance tuning and analysis while generating code for NVIDIA GPU backends using open-source compilers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years of relevant work or research experience in performance analysis and compiler optimizations
• Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills, including debugging and performance analysis
• Strong foundation in the architecture of CPUs, GPUs, or other high-performance hardware accelerators
• Experience with technologies such as XLA, MLIR, LLVM, or deep learning frameworks is a plus
