Senior Delegation Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Delegation Oversight (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post-delegation assessments and annual credentialing audits to ensure compliance
• Monitor post-audit delegated activities and prepare status reports from delegated entities
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance issues and assist in the preparation of oversight committee documents

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managed care experience or equivalent education and experience
• Data analysis experience
• Ability to work independently or in a team and manage multiple projects
• Project management skills and knowledge of project management tools/processes
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency, including Excel
