Senior Delegation Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Delegation Oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post-delegation assessments and annual credentialing audits to ensure compliance with relevant requirements
• Monitor delegated activities and prepare status reports to ensure compliance with health plan and NCQA requirements
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance issues and assist in the preparation of oversight committee documents

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managed care experience or equivalent relevant education and experience
• Data analysis experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Project management skills and knowledge of project management tools/processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel
