Senior Delegation Oversight Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Delegation Oversight (Remote)-Auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pre and post-delegation assessments and annual credentialing audits to ensure compliance with NCQA, state, and federal requirements
• Monitor post-audit delegated activities and prepare status reports from delegated entities
• Develop corrective action plans for compliance issues and assist in the preparation of documentation for oversight committees and state monitoring visits

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of managed care experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in data analysis
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively on multiple projects
• Project management skills and knowledge of project management processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
