Key Responsibilities

• Manage regional sales and customer support, ensuring timely responses to client and advisor inquiries
• Provide expert guidance on tours and maintain ownership of high-value client journeys
• Collaborate with regional staff and global contractors to ensure seamless delivery of tours

Required Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Deep familiarity with Japan and at least 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience working across global time zones
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related role; travel or hospitality industry experience is a plus
• Japanese language ability is preferred
