Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with regional staff and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of tours and support operational workflows
Required Qualifications
- Native-level English proficiency, with strong professional judgment in client communications
- Deep familiarity with Japan and 3+ years of relevant experience
- Comfortable collaborating across global time zones, particularly with JST
- 3-5 years of work experience in a related role; travel or hospitality experience is a plus
- Japanese language ability is preferred
