Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support by reviewing orders, assigning guides, and maintaining tour product quality
• Develop strong relationships with clients and advisors, offering expert guidance on products and destinations

Required Qualifications

• Native-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
• Deep familiarity with Japan, including 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to collaborate across global time zones, particularly with JST
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related role, preferably in travel or hospitality
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks autonomously and handle client interactions with empathy
