Senior Delivery Director

Job Summary

Seeking a remote contract Senior Delivery Director, the successful candidate will manage the strategic delivery of a distributed flight operations workforce, oversee operational KPIs, and ensure adherence to program methodologies while collaborating with vendor teams to meet staffing SLAs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the strategic delivery of a distributed flight operations ground crew across decentralized retail launch sites
• Establish and track operational KPIs specific to ground handling, including load accuracy and turnaround times
• Manage partnerships with delivery leadership to ensure accountability for critical staffing SLAs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Aviation Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 7+ years of leadership experience in aviation ground handling or high-volume e-commerce fulfillment
• At least 10+ years of related experience in senior delivery, program management, or operational roles
• Proven track record managing large-scale contingent labor programs with staffing agencies
• Preferred certifications in Lean Six Sigma, OSHA 30, or Project Management Professional (PMP)
