Senior Delivery Enablement Lead
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Delivery Enablement Lead to support the planning, execution, and operationalization of high-impact transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner to break down transformation roadmaps into execution plans and manage delivery workstreams
- Serve as an agile coach to institutionalize Lean-Agile practices and optimize value streams
- Engage stakeholders through reporting, training, and change management support
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles such as Scrum Master or Agile Coach
- 5+ years of IT service management experience
- Advanced proficiency in Jira and familiarity with various SDLC toolsets
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Scaled Agile Framework certifications are strongly preferred
