Senior Delivery Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to manage customer implementation engagements and ensure predictable delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, translating outcomes into a delivery plan and driving execution
• Keep the implementation team aligned on goals, outcomes, and budget, ensuring shared accountability
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks, capturing learnings to improve service delivery frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a (Technical) Delivery Lead or Project Management role in the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry
• Proven track record in leading customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements
• Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
• Passion for solving customer challenges and driving customer success
• Ability and/or willingness to use the company's product
