Senior Delivery Lead

Job Summary

To optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will work remotely, guiding development as a Product Owner advocate, managing dependencies and blockers, and ensuring adherence to Agile best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate camaraderie and ensure Core Values are upheld within the project team
• Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity and business value
• Maintain client trust and relationships while documenting scope changes, risks, and dependencies

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience running scrum ceremonies and writing detailed user stories
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; Certified Scrum Master or Certified Scrum Product Owner preferred
• Experience working directly with clients on agile development projects
• Alignment with company values, including a CAN DO mentality
