Job Summary

Driving strategic delivery outcomes, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will redesign business line operations, manage delivery contracts, and lead cross-functional programs while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery contracts for business lines, ensuring committed scope, milestones, and quality each quarter
• Redesign delivery processes using AI-native tools and run experiments to improve efficiency
• Lead cross-business line programs from inception to completion, aligning stakeholders and managing risks

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery, program management, or a hybrid PMO role within a technology company
• Proven track record of owning delivery outcomes and diagnosing systemic delivery issues
• Strong cross-functional influence, with experience aligning teams without direct authority
• Hands-on experience with Jira and AI tools in operational workflows
• Ability to communicate complex delivery scenarios succinctly to executive stakeholders
