Job Summary

Leading the delivery of customer implementation engagements, the full-time Senior Delivery Lead will ensure predictable project execution by translating customer outcomes into actionable delivery plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer implementation engagements, driving execution against delivery plans
• Align implementation teams on goals, outcomes, and budget, ensuring shared accountability and focus
• Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks while maintaining clear stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Delivery Lead or Project Management role within the Enterprise Software or SaaS industry
• Proven track record in leading customer-facing Professional Services implementation engagements
• Advanced communication skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong aptitude for strategic thinking and innovative problem-solving
